About the Fund
The Ross Proctor Music Scholarship Fund was established in memory of Carson Ross Proctor. Ross grew up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and graduated from North High School in 1994. Ross’s family established the Ross Proctor Music Scholarship Fund in his memory to support students at North High School who share Ross’s passion and talent for music.
Ross loved life, his Lord and Savior, his devoted wife, nature, music, photography, a good cup of coffee, a pint of fine beer, and traveling. After attending the McNally Smith College of Music in St. Paul, Ross worked for eleven years as a technician for Color Converting Industries. Ross traveled his two year and three month cancer journey hand-in-hand with his wife, Rachel, facing each day with strength, faith, and courage. His kind and gentle soul touched everyone who came in contact with him.
